FALCONRY

This is an opportunity to learn all about these fabulous birds.  Our expert Falconers will tell you all about the birds and give you the tools you need to work with them.  You will have the chance to fly them and then ultimately the true test will be whether you can get them to come back!

ARCHERY & CROSSBOW

A chance for all those budding Robin Hoods (or Maid Marions if you prefer?) to try their hand at one of the oldest sports in the world – all under the watchful eye of our qualified* and experienced instructors. Archery has been used for centuries competitively so why not take up the bow and lay down the gauntlet to your opponents.

We can also offer Crossbow instruction as part of this event.

AIR RIFLES & AIR PISTOLS

Aim…and fire!  Whether you attempt to knock over as many targets as possible, make spinners fly or simply challenge your rivals to the bull’s-eye it’s game on! After receiving expert instruction you will be given the opportunity to really test your skills on a variety of targets!

CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING

Another opportunity to perfect your aim and shoot for the target, only in this case the target is moving at a very fast rate!  Again you will take tuition from our expert Shooters and then have the opportunity to shout ‘Pull’ and fire!

THE DOG & DUCKS

Our expert Sheep Dog Handler will instruct guests in the tricky task of herding ducks through an obstacle course and into a pen with the invaluable assistance of the trained sheep dog; plus a few vital top tips from our expert.  Not forgetting to mention that this is all against the clock!

This event demands tactical teamwork, lots of energy as well as lots of patience!
